This is a low-budget fairly clean hotel providing brand-new rooms. The property offers good prices. The staff are attentive as well as the owner. The rooms are cool with extremely comfy beds, and the staff are affable. The restaurant attached makes hot food.

The room was brand-new. The staff was very very helpful. The bathroom was clean. The breakfast was good, featured a huge variety of meals. The location was comfortable in a nice enough area.

The young man at the front desk was quite nice and accommodating. The entrance was surrounded by construction materials, so it looks like the management is working on renovations or a deep cleaning. It looked like so much cleaning and repairing was going on that perhaps the place should have been closed for a few days.

The building smelled damp and moldy as if it has been caught in one of the recent floods. The carpet in our room was damp and smelled. We found a slug on the wall, and the manager quickly removed it and offered to relocate us to another room. Breakfast was fine.
